The programme is put together on the basis of your knowledge requirement and the wishes of your organisation. In addition, we will take into account your current level of knowledge. The knowledge acquired can be immediately applied in practice. Our training programmes help lead Young Professionals, testers, scrum masters and lead developers to immediately become highly valuable to their developer teams.

Tailor-made content

One of our trainers will start off by conducting a detailed intake with you. They will inventory your current level and which knowledge is missing. On the basis of this, an individual programme will be put together. After that, we make a proposal with the most appropriate training components and the time required. This is usually between one and three months. After definitive coordination with you and your organisation, the training programme will be officially started.

They are flexible, personal training sessions that take place in your own workplace. And that are scheduled for the times that best suit you and your organisation.

Tailored to your teams’ sprints

The training days are scheduled by the participant themselves so that you can coordinate this with your team’s rhythm (one day a week, for example). The training sessions take place at the participant's own workstation. This means no time is lost and no unnecessary expenses incurred. In addition, you can apply the knowledge acquired directly in your organisation. And if so desired, our trainer can take a look at a few of your team’s everyday work activities.

Personal supervision: always available

As a participant, you acquire knowledge under the personal supervision of a trainer who is always available. Our trainers are very experienced both in the technical profession and in teaching it. During the training programme, the trainer can constantly be reached for queries and support; preferably through Microsoft Teams.

Interactive and flexible

Our trainers make sure that you get access to an online learning environment with Azure DevOps. With the help of the scrum method, we then prepare tasks and stages for you. In this process, theoretical videos alternate with practical assignments, such as writing code and setting up demo projects. We continuously monitor the progress and discuss it periodically with you and those involved.

Certificate and evaluation

Once you have completed your training programme, you receive a certificate for the modules you passed. There will also be an evaluation of the training programme. You’re now ready to move on to new challenges!
