HTML, CSS
The basis of pretty much every website is an HTML document. We describe the structure of a web page with HTML (HyperText Markup Language). We do that by indicating what the role is of the content of a page (including the text, images, and videos). We can then go on to describe how the page should look, using CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). Using this, you can indicate that all pieces of text representing a hyperlink must be underlined, for example.
