Making .NET one of the most productive platforms for building cloud-native applications has always been a proclaimed goal of Microsoft. With the launch of .NET 8, Microsoft has announced a new stack, called .NET Aspire, that aims to make further progress toward that goal. Jelle and Steven talk about how Aspire helps standardize cloud development practices and why Microsoft calls the stack "opinionated".
