Deploying to Azure from GitHub Actions

In this Betatalks episode, Rick & Oscar are talking about deploying to Azure from GitHub Actions. This doesn't sound that new or special but in this case, they are showing using OpenID Connect to authenticate. This flow uses a Federated Identity Credential to request a token from Azure, which means no passwords!
