After graduating from TU Delft in Industrial Ecology, and several years in that field, Judith joined Betabit in 2022 as a retrainee. Since 2023, she has been working as a full-stack .NET consultant.

‘In my master's I learned programming in Python for doing data analysis, which I enjoyed immensely and suited me very well. When, after a few years of working in the field of my studies, I started having doubts about what I actually wanted with my career, the realisation came again that I loved software development. Luckily, Betabit offered me the chance to go through the .NET developer training as a retrainee, an opportunity I gratefully took! Development is so great because you can keep learning new things all the time, something Betabit also really encourages. In addition to my duties as a full-stack .NET developer, I also take on the role of product owner. I greatly enjoy that intersection of technology and business: working with the customer and thinking about functionality, and then also building that functionality together with the development team.’
